Front of House Leadership Role

This leadership position plays a crucial role in championing guest experience and delivering seamless service across premium venues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and schedule teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversight of floor operations, section allocations, reservations and waitlist management.
  • Promote efficient service sequences, table touches, upselling and guest recovery protocols.
  • Collaborate with beverage and culinary leaders on menu launches and service coordination.
  • Labor management against budgets; analyze daily/weekly profit and loss statements and service key performance indicators.
  • Maintain compliance with RSA/RSF, incident reporting and safety protocols.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop team members; conduct pre-shift briefs and training sessions.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years' recent leadership experience in a premium/high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, maintain service standards and handle guest recovery situations.
  • Familiarity with labor planning, budgets, inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong wine, spirits and food knowledge with confident, guest-facing communication skills.
  • Holding current NSW RSA (or ability to obtain prior to start).
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
