Job Description

As a Senior Guest Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving guest satisfaction and loyalty across our hotel operations.

  • Lead the way – championing exceptional guest experiences, team performance, and hotel efficiency
  • Prioritize workload to ensure seamless delivery of authentic, memorable experiences
  • Develop your team’s skills to drive results that positively impact hotel performance
  • Engage with guests to resolve issues, queries, or concerns with empathy and professionalism
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in front desk/guest service leadership
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Additional languages a plus
  • Basic mathematics skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, reasoning, and motivational skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift heavy items
