Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Guest Experience Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to high-profile guests at international sports events.

About the Role

  • Manage and direct a team of guest experience specialists, including staff, volunteers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of services for VVIP/VIP guests.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure smooth protocol and service delivery for guests.
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment, ensuring clear roles and optimal performance under event pressure.
  • Oversee guest experience for VVIP/VIP guests at tournaments and peripheral events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with event stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth operations, including airport and venue logistics.
  • Manage venue-specific requirements, including signage, client facilities, and service delivery.
  • Develop strategic objectives and operational plans for Guest Experience at international sports events.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map guest journeys and ensure seamless integration with other event areas.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in guest management or international hospitality within major sports events.
  • Strong understanding of managing guest services for high-profile guests and international teams.
  • Proficient in using CRM/cloud-based systems to manage guest information and deliver exceptional service.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills with a persuasive and engaging presence.
  • Proven track record in negotiation, stakeholder consultation, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
