
Guest Experience Manager

This is a full-time position located at Evans Head. The purpose of the role is to assist in supervision of guest service staff and ensure delivery of excellent guest experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality customer service, including liaising with guests face-to-face and via telephone.
- Managing day-to-day financial transactions and opening/closing the office and kiosk/store.
- Assisting with guest reservations, cancellations, arrivals, and departures.
The successful candidate will have experience in a front-office setting, customer service, food handling and preparation, housekeeping, administration, cash handling, and rostering/supervising team members.
- Experience in hospitality and/or tourism industry is desirable.
- The ability to work productively and independently, deliver an excellent guest experience, manage time to meet priorities, and lead others.
- Familiarity with computer systems, reservation software, and CRM systems.
