Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Strategic Business Growth Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in sustaining growth from existing and new clients within the target industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer needs to propose business solutions, improved infrastructure, and security in line with the product catalogue.
  • Participate in customer onboarding, meetings, and workshops.
  • Engage with technical, projects, pre-sales, and sales teams to ensure delivery of client expectations are in line with service level agreements and strategic business processes.

Business Development Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and account management.
  • Expand on newly acquired accounts for revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and research potential clients and market segments.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an account manager or Customer Success Manager.
  • MUST have worked with the Technology space, i.e., consulting, MSP, MSSP, SAAS, etc.
  • Passionate about customer service, keen to develop and maintain successful relationships with customers.
  • Amazing skills in prioritizing, time management, follow-up, etc.
  • Ability to scope out new business opportunities within existing clients.
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Confident to present in front of clients and stakeholders.
