
Sales Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Design, implement and execute sales activities and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage key account customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain and execute call plans in line with the sales strategy, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Work closely with the store network, facilitating regular communication of trade painter activities to local trade stores.
- Proven track record in trade sales, maximising revenue from existing accounts.
- Demonstrated experience in face-to-face, trade selling, with excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport, influence and negotiate.
- Proficient in computers, able to interpret data and make informed decisions.
