Job Title
Business Growth SpecialistAs a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth across pharmacies, retail stores in Geelong and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop partnerships with retailers to drive business expansion and increase sales.
- Proactively source and secure new business opportunities across the pharmacy channel.
- Collaborate with customers to develop and execute promotional plans that achieve agreed deliverables.
- Manage customer relationships to drive growth and maximise opportunity within the given geographical area.
- Stay informed about competitor activities, strategies, pricing, client objections, and local market characteristics.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales representation, territory or wholesale sales management preferably within the pharmacy channel.
You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively influence retail partners.
Additionally, you should be able to successfully manage your schedule and workload while traveling and visiting customer sites, demonstrating strong self-motivation and organisational skills.
