Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified customer and sales growth via paid acquisition channels. This includes developing and maintaining budgets and performance targets, working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to maximise paid channels, and executing comprehensive paid acquisition strategies across search, programmatic, and YouTube to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain acquisition budgets and agreed performance targets.

  • Execute comprehensive paid acquisition strategies across search, programmatic, and YouTube to drive profitable growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing and optimising paid digital marketing with a strong foundation in search, programmatic, and YouTube.
  • Creative flair and outside-the-box thinking to create innovative ways to go-to-market.
  • Experience leveraging major technologies/platforms involved in delivering digital media programs, such as Google and programmatic advertising.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive segmentation analysis that drives business success.
  • Proven success in delivering a return on ad spend (ROAS) positive digital marketing strategy.
