Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Merchandise Optimizer to drive sales and revenue growth by analyzing and optimizing stock levels, website integrity, and product range on our ecommerce platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Marketing team and work with a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and optimize merchandise stock levels, website integrity, and product range to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to determine trade activity and report on progression to ensure that we are meeting our targets and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an ecommerce environment, preferably within the fashion retail sector.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the use of web analytics tools, financial analysis, and forecasting.
  • Strong project management, planning, execution, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms, tools, and technologies used for website merchandising and management, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including merchants, marketing, creative, and key stakeholders.
