Cuscal Limited, a leading company in Australia, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Administrator to join its Finance, Data and Strategic Initiatives function. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of key initiatives and maintain the operating effectiveness of assigned finance systems.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work within a dynamic finance team at the forefront of driving change, uplifting and integrating finance systems to facilitate robust and reliable insight and analysis. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a robust control environment over finance systems and associated processes with a focus on simplification, standardisation and automation.
  • Performing finance system administration activities for allocated finance systems.
  • Maintaining accurate records of finance systems and configurations, as well as related policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies. Responding to audit queries on a timely basis.
  • Participating in risk management awareness sessions and forums as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 5 years' experience in financial and payroll systems maintenance/support.
  • 5+ years' experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Advanced knowledge and use of Excel, and intermediate use of Office.
  • Advanced user of a General Ledger System.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in accounting and finance activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, month end, financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting etc.
  • Risk and data management expertise.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
