People & Culture Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join Cuscal Limited, a leading company in Australia, as a People & Culture Coordinator. The role involves providing efficient and effective HR administrative support to the People & Culture team and all business stakeholders.

About the Role

The P&C Coordinator will be responsible for managing the P&C inbox, troubleshooting employee enquiries related to P&C systems, and maintaining accurate people-related data within P&C systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for P&C enquiries by managing the P&C inbox and coordinating workload distribution to the team.
  • Assist with troubleshooting employee enquiries relating to P&C related systems.
  • Work closely with the P&C team and Payroll to maintain accurate people-related data within P&C related systems.
  • Provide end-to-end onboarding support, including position creation, employment contract issuance, and processing of background checks.
  • Support People Leaders & P&C Business Partners through timely delivery of employee correspondence, including letters and contracts for internal movements and promotions.
Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills with at least two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional service delivery ethic, with the proven ability to consistently follow processes end to end.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
