Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Professional to support a large-scale transformation project within our ERP Program. This role is pivotal in ensuring employees are engaged, informed, and supported through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of HR/Payroll change management strategies and plans
  • Conduct change impact assessments and assist with targeted interventions
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and maintain clear communication
  • Assist in training coordination, scheduling, and tracking
  • Support business readiness assessments and go-live preparation
  • Develop and maintain change communication materials (FAQs, presentations, intranet updates)
  • Monitor change adoption metrics, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide support for workshops, meetings, and training sessions
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Business Readiness teams to align activities
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a professional with 5+ years' experience in Change Management, HR Transformation, or Business Readiness roles. Familiarity with change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar is essential. Experience in HR/Payroll system implementations (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or S/4HANA preferred) is highly valued.

  • Skilled in coordinating training activities and supporting business readiness
  • Organised, collaborative, and focused on delivery outcomes
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups
About You

You should have experience in government, utilities, or large enterprise HR transformation programs. A background in HR policy, employee relations, or workforce transition is also beneficial. Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and HR data management best practices is highly valued.
