Workforce Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent professional to support a large-scale workforce transformation initiative within a major government organization.
The successful candidate will play a key part in delivering impactful change by engaging with stakeholders, supporting workforce transition activities, and helping to embed new HR processes and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, are essential.
- Highly organized, with a strong delivery focus and attention to detail, individuals who can deliver results in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to work sensitively with diverse stakeholder groups is crucial.
- Experience working in virtual or shared team environments is highly valued.
Desirable experience includes prior work in government, utilities, or large-scale HR transformation programs, background in HR policy, employee relations, or talent development, familiarity with federated HR models and large, decentralised workforce structures, and exposure to SAP Activate methodology and HR data management best practices.
