About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trading Operations Associate to join our risk team, overseeing and enhancing our risk management policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will work closely with our dealing and liquidity teams to assess and manage operational risks, ensuring the stability and integrity of our trading environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Enhance Risk Management Policies
    • Design, implement, and maintain risk management policies and procedures within the designated risk jurisdiction.
  • Collaborate with Dealing and Liquidity Teams
    • Work closely with the dealing and liquidity teams to effectively assess and manage operational risks.
  • Technical Liaison
    • Provide clear and concise answers to complex queries from stakeholders and various departments within the firm.
  • Trading Platform Management
    • Utilize and manage trading platforms such as MT4/5, adjusting settings to meet operational requirements and risk thresholds.
  • Operational Projects
    • Lead and execute operational projects aimed at improving risk management frameworks and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry; previous experience in the CFD industry will be highly regarded.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in using trading platforms such as MT4/5 will be preferred.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Proficiency in Chinese (both written and spoken) is an advantage but not mandatory.
