About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our Local Market Operations team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in improving our STP rates, reducing interventions, and enhancing the client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Trading, Sales, Engineering, Global Operations, and Clients to eliminate manual interventions and improve STP.
  • Daily exception monitoring and resolution, including trade allocations, confirmations, breaks, and fails management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Analyze, determine root cause, and drive remediation of post-trade manual interventions through configuration, change of behavior, and/or technology change.
  • Closely interact with experts from various teams, including Technology, Projects, and Trade Management.
