Senior Client Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Partnerships Specialist to drive strategic relationships with our mining clients.

This role involves leveraging your expertise in customer relationship management to foster lasting client partnerships and lead sales efforts by securing long-term commitments and driving sustainable revenue growth.

You will apply your understanding of mechanical and engineering principles to provide tailored client solutions, identify and secure new revenue streams, then manage and grow those relationships over time.

The ideal candidate will possess clear and confident communication skills, experience with SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office is preferred, as well as a C-class driver's licence and willingness to travel as needed.

A successful Senior Client Partnerships Specialist will have previous experience in a customer-facing or client engagement role and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business growth and retention.
  • Lead sales efforts by securing contracts and negotiating terms that meet the needs of both parties.
  • Apply technical knowledge to provide innovative solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Experience with CRM systems and software applications such as SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or client engagement role.
