The role of a Key Account Manager is to oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, fostering strategic partnerships and driving growth opportunities. In this capacity, you will work closely with experienced brokers to develop client servicing solutions and enhance the overall client experience.
Responsibilities:- Portfolio management: oversight of multiple client accounts, ensuring timely responses to queries and policy documentation.
- Growth initiatives: contributing to the expansion of the Global & Corporate portfolio through targeted sales strategies and stakeholder engagement.
- Stakeholder relationships: building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Qualification in business or finance, with intention to complete a Tier 1 or Diploma qualification.
- General insurance experience: solid understanding of market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Client-focused approach: drive to deliver exceptional service and support to high-value clients.
