Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical expert to take on a key role in managing our facilities and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role: The Assistant Facilities Manager will be responsible for assisting the Senior Facilities Manager in the tactical delivery of technical/engineering services for assigned facilities. They will serve as the on-site key technical point of contact for stakeholders and clients. Key responsibilities include:
  • Facilities management and technical support
  • Critical environment management and client relationship management
  • Incident investigation and reporting, root cause analysis, and asset management
  • Site budgets, accounting, and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, and purchasing of materials and equipment

The Ideal Candidate: To be successful in this role, you will have experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or a related field. You must possess qualifications from a trade background or be tertiary qualified in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical). Additionally, you should have experience managing critical environments and working in a banking environment is preferred.
