About the Role:

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ability Action Australia. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our reception and administration team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the reception and administration team
  • Manage the reception desk and respond to queries from clients and staff
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with the preparation of documents and reports
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional image of the organization

Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, who is able to work effectively in a team environment. You will need to have allied health administration/reception experience and be familiar with Microsoft Teams and Excel. You will also need to have calendar management and impeccable time management skills.
