Job Title: Practice Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Practice Administrator to join our team at Ability Action Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to our team of healthcare professionals, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Responding to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and timely manner.
- Managing and maintaining our practice's databases, including client information and appointment schedules.
- Preparing and sending correspondence, including letters and reports, to clients and other stakeholders.
- Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of our practice.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
