Are you an experienced
**mobilisation administrator** and looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced and dynamic recruitment agency? Do you thrive in a multitasking environment and possess the resilience to adapt quickly? If so, we have an exciting position for you

**Duties will Include, but are not limited to;**
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure workforces scheduled onto jobs are compliant and processes are followed
- Organising, updating qualifications, inductions and liaising with training providers
- Maintaining internal and external systems to ensure they remain up-to-date
- Supporting the team with onboarding of new personnel, saving documentation, setting up profiles, sending out inductions, following up and uploading into portals
- Consistently checking personnel files for necessary updates and following up on out-of-date documentation required for workers' job roles
- Regularly updating internal teams on the mobilisation of new workers and teams assigned to jobs
- Organising PPE stock and keeping track of it, office supplies, travel and accommodation as required
- Be solution-oriented, consistently looking for ways to improve processes and procedures
- Liaising with the Category 5 Superintendent/Supervisors and actioning any requests in a timely manner
- Acts and communicates with integrity in all client dealings, ensuring that all promises made are delivered on schedule and meet client's expectations

**To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous mobilisation experience
- An understanding of national units of competency/qualifications
- Used to working in fast paced work environments
- Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Possess great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Be exceptionally organised, with a strong ability to multi-task and priorities under pressure
- Have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the Rail industry advantageous

**Highly Desired experience**:

- Familiarity with systems like Damstra, 3D Safety, and Skills Central.
- Knowledge of ERMS, CMS, SAP and INX systems
- Knowledge of Rail Industry Worker (RIW) advantageous
- Background within the Rail industry - Perth Metro Rail
