Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ability Action Australia. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our therapists and clients.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and families
  • Answering phone calls and making appointments
  • Managing our Outlook email inbox and calendar
  • Creating invoices and processing payments
  • Entering and scanning client data and documents
  • Performing basic office maintenance tasks

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or reception role
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Teams and Excel
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
