**About the role**

Activ is currently looking for a highly motivated, experienced **Executive Assistant** to provide operational and administrative support to the Executive Director & the Executive Manager, Strategy and Digital. Working with a large number of stakeholders this role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric focus, a ‘hands-on’ approach and the ability to provide support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**A typical day in the role may look like **
- Staying abreast of business activities that impact the Executive team and communicating regularly to ensure objectives are met;
- Preparation and review of complex documents and board reports, which include financial, customer and industry components;
- Arranging meetings, facility visits, seminars and conferences on behalf of the Executive Director and Manager;
- Acting as an intermediary on behalf of the Executive Director and Manager, including responding to and resolving incoming enquiries and liaising with external stakeholders.
- Recent experience in an Executive Assistant position for a mid to large organisation;
- Advanced competency with Microsoft suite of products and the ability to facilitate meetings using a range of technology;
- Demonstrated ability to research and report on issues showing maturity of judgement and discretion;
- Exceptional report writing skills with previous experience in providing board papers
- Well-organised, proactive, intuitive, discrete, communicative, efficient and flexible aptitude.
