Enterprise Account Manager Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expansion by developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase market share and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell JFrog's DevOps solution to leading enterprises in ANZ focusing on BFSI, ecommerce, and IT/ITES companies
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage existing enterprise accounts in Australia and New Zealand to ensure renewal of their subscriptions on time
  • Develop growth strategies to upsell and cross-sell JFrog's products and services
  • Collaborate with the support and consulting teams to achieve product adoption and customer success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of experience preferably in software subscription sales with revenue quota-carrying experience with large enterprise customers
  • Experience managing and owning the full sale cycle from lead to closing the deal
  • Ability to support pre-sales cycles and utilize Salesforce and Advanced Microsoft Excel
