Loyalty Strategy Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in Core Loyalty solutions to join our team.

This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension for the right candidate. As a Core Loyalty Solutions Specialist, you will work extensively on the loyalty ecosystem to ensure a cohesive network of products, services, and touchpoints that enhance customer experience and brand engagement.

About the Role

  • Develop new loyalty propositions that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven insights
  • Use customer research and market trends to identify emerging opportunities
  • Set the long-term roadmap for the loyalty program in line with customer segmentation and business priorities
  • Collaborate across marketing, tech, finance, product, commercial, and data teams to bring propositions to life
  • Present strategy and updates to senior executives with strong exposure and visibility across the business
  • Foster a culture of test-and-learn, customer obsession, and innovation within the team

About You

  • You should have proven experience in loyalty strategy, proposition design, or customer strategy
  • Experience working on loyalty products such as Salesforce, Eagle Eye & Mastercard to implement an outstanding ecosystem
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, able to link insight with action
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and influencing capability – comfortable with senior visibility
  • A passion for understanding customer needs and market trends
