Strategic Loyalty Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty Strategy Leader with Core Loyalty experience to develop innovative loyalty propositions.
- Lead the design and strategy of new loyalty propositions that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Use data, insights, and customer research to uncover member needs and identify emerging opportunities.
- Set the long-term roadmap for the loyalty program in line with customer segmentation and business priorities.
- Collaborate across marketing, tech, finance, product, commercial, and data teams to bring propositions to life.
- Present strategy and updates to senior executives.
This role will suit an experienced architect with a passion for shaping iconic products.
The successful candidate will have a strong strategic and commercial acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Proven experience in loyalty strategy, proposition design, or customer strategy.
- Experience working on loyalty products such as Salesforce, Eagle Eye, & Mastercard.
- Able to link insight with action and foster a culture of test-and-learn.
