Strategic Loyalty Proposition Developer

The role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive the creation of holistic solutions that review tier management, design new offers and experiences, and align loyalty efforts with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and strategy of new loyalty propositions to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Use data, insights, and customer research to uncover member needs and identify emerging opportunities
  • Set the long-term roadmap for the loyalty program in line with customer segmentation and business priorities
  • Collaborate across marketing, tech, finance, product, commercial, and data teams to bring propositions to life
  • Present strategy and updates to senior executives with strong exposure and visibility across the business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in loyalty strategy, proposition design, or customer strategy
  • Experience working on loyalty products such as Salesforce, Eagle Eye & Mastercard
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen – able to link insight with action
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and influencing capability – comfortable with senior visibility
  • A passion for understanding customer needs and market trends
