  • Collaborate across marketing, tech, finance, product, commercial and data teams to bring propositions to life">
  • Present strategy and updates to senior executives">
  • Foster a culture of innovation and test-and-learn within the team">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in loyalty strategy, proposition design or customer strategy">
  • Experience working on loyalty products such as Salesforce, Eagle Eye & Mastercard">
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen – able to link insight with action">
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills">
  • Strong leadership and influencing capability">
  • A passion for understanding customer needs and market trends">
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments">
