About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Loyalty Partnerships Specialist to join our team in identifying, developing and managing strategic partnerships for our popular loyalty program.

  • ">
  • Manage and Grow Affiliate Partnerships: Establish, nurture and expand key partnerships with external partners to the loyalty program and drive customer engagement.">
  • Negotiate and Execute Partnership Agreements: Lead negotiations and secure mutually beneficial agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, loyalty initiatives and best-in-market offering.">
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, implementing strategies to optimize customer engagement, earn and financial outcomes.">
  • Liaise with Business and Partners: Function as the primary liaison between the business and affiliate partners, designing and delivering initiatives that prioritize customer value and align with their loyalty strategy.">
  • Conduct Research: Conduct research on market trends, customer behaviors and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative ways to enhance the loyalty program.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in loyalty program partnership management.">

  • Proven success in managing and growing partnerships in fast-paced environments.">
