About the Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic leader to design, lead and optimize our customer loyalty and retention strategy.

This senior role will be responsible for shaping and executing the end-to-end strategy across marketing, development and roadmap initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in developing and implementing successful customer loyalty programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing customer loyalty strategies
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Developing and implementing metrics to measure program success
