About the Role

This varied and dynamic role will see you working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Rental Operations Agent, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, from individuals to corporate clients.

  • You'll be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers at the rental counter, completing rental transactions and bookings, and inspecting vehicles for damage and cleanliness.
  • Additionally, you'll be required to clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to company standards, ensuring they meet the highest levels of quality.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in customer service, sales, and operations management.

We're Looking For

A full and valid Australian driver's licence is essential for this role, as you'll need to drive our fleet of vehicles on a regular basis.

  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays is also required.
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is highly desirable, but not essential.
