Customer Service Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team in Brisbane.

  • In this role, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter and providing exceptional service.

You will be responsible for establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening, reviewing add-ons and services to determine the best options for the customer, communicating rental procedures and guidelines effectively, completing rental bookings in a timely and efficient manner, and answering customer questions and inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a full and valid Australian driver's licence, availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays), experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales, ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service, and comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
