About the Role

This Rental Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for all customer rental requirements at the branch level. They will ensure exceptional service while supporting the Business Development Manager with sales plan objectives.

  • Manage bookings and schedule vehicles for rent
  • Complete pre- and post-rental inspections, paperwork, and contract close-outs
  • Support the sales process by handling leads, updating CRM, and assisting with reporting

The successful candidate will have:

  • Essential qualifications: Secondary Education Certificate, manual driver's licence
  • Experience in an administrative role with strong customer service and sales focus
  • Ability to plan, organise, and meet deadlines
