Are you a people person who loves being part of a hands-on, close-knit team? ORIX is looking for a Rental Officer to join our busy branch, supporting customers with vehicle rental bookings, contracts, and day-to-day enquiries.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same – one minute you'll be helping a customer with a quote or processing a rental agreement, and the next you might be assisting with vehicle servicing follow-ups or jumping in to lend a hand to the team. We're looking for someone organised, confident, and ready to get stuck in alongside us.

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Branch administration including filing, payment remittance, and preparation of rental agreements.
  • Be the key point of contact for inbound phone enquiries.
  • Process counter, online, and phone enquiries and follow these through to Rental Reservations.
  • Ensure accurate processing of all invoices and rental agreements.
  • Develop customer relationships.
  • Liaise closely with other Branch Staff, and other ORIX Rental Branches as required.
  • Pitch in when needed – we're all about helping each other out.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
  • Experience in customer service, with transport and or rental activities preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • A confident communicator who's not afraid to ask questions or offer a hand
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Motor Vehicle licence required.
  • Sense of humour and a team-first attitude
