Join Our Team as a Rental Operations Agent

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rental Operations Agent. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers at the rental counter
  • Complete rental transactions, bookings, and contracts efficiently and accurately
  • Promote our products and services to meet sales targets
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness to ensure high standards of quality
Requirements:
  • A valid Australian driver's license
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is highly valued
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment while delivering exceptional service
  • Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
