About the Job

You will be the primary point of contact for our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter, completing rental bookings, and responding to general customer inquiries.

  • Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
  • Reviewing various add-ons and services to determine what best suits the customer
  • Communicating rental procedures and guidelines effectively
  • Completing rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
  • Answering customer questions and inquiries
Key Responsibilities

We're looking for individuals who are passionate, energetic, and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service while following procedures and adhering to company guidelines and standards.

  • Able to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles is advantageous
  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
