We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing initial assessments, psychometric testing, and brief interventions for individuals with psychosocial and mental health barriers to employment.
You will perform new employment vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, and recovery support. You will also conduct initial assessments with injured workers and provide case management for return to work. Additionally, you will assess and report on psychological functional capacities and complete psychological functional assessments.
Your role will involve working with clients from varying backgrounds and providing Adjustment to Injury counselling and Vocational Counselling in-person and via phone. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and help them achieve their goals.
