Career Opportunity: Rehabilitation Professional

Beneco seeks a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to assist individuals in recovering from injury and returning to work. The successful candidate will employ a client-centered approach, focusing on health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cases including Workers Compensation NSW and ACT, Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and Workplace Health & Safety Assessments.
- Assess individuals' function via Functional Capacity Assessments and workplace assessments.
- Collaborate with treating stakeholders to facilitate evidence-based recovery.
- Engage and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hold the same values as our organization.
- Hold a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Rehab Counselling or Psychology, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiologist.
- AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA accreditation.
- Have a passion for helping people.
- Hold a full driver's license and access to own vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoy working hard but equally enjoy having a good laugh.
