
Rehabilitation Services Career Opportunity

We are seeking individuals to provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions, supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
Your duties will include:
- Case management, applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
- Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals
- Working across various schemes, such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs
- Assisting clients with injuries or health conditions to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes
You'll be a driven and energetic professional with the following qualities:
- Previous experience working in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, or Social Work
- General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA); or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC); or accredited with AASW
- Fabulous communication skills
- Compassion and kindness
- Well-developed time management skills
- A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
