We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team of healthcare professionals.
About the RoleThis position involves helping clients regain their independence and achieve their goals through effective rehabilitation plans. We aim to support your career development, progression, and wellbeing throughout your tenure.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement customized rehabilitation plans based on client needs and goals
- Design intervention programs using occupation to enhance functional performance, independence, and work capacity
- Collaborate with clients, family members, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
- Registration with either AHPRA or ESSA
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders
