We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support individuals with physical and psychological injuries at work.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation.
- Perform assessments including Vocational Assessments, Transferrable Skills Assessments, Job preparation services, Worksite Assessments, and initial needs assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans through case management to achieve return-to-work goals.
- Support clients in returning to their previous jobs or transitioning to new employment opportunities.
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with relevant professional bodies.
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion for helping people rehabilitate.
