Key Responsibilities- Draft contracts, prepare employee change letters, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance documentation.
- Coordinate new starter processes, welcome packs, inductions, and exit procedures.
- Update and maintain HR systems with employee data, leave records, and reporting requirements.
- Post job advertisements, screen applications, schedule interviews, and communicate with hiring managers.
- Support the scheduling of training sessions, track attendance, and update learning management systems.
- Enhance internal communications, wellbeing initiatives, and culture-building activities.
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive employee experience by serving as a first point of contact for employee queries and escalating where necessary.
- Possesses experience in HR coordination or administration, preferably within fast-paced or complex environments.
- Holding or working towards a qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is highly valued.
- Proficient with HR systems and tools is essential.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail is crucial.
- Excellent communication skills, paired with a proactive, team-oriented mindset, are required.
- A passion for building a career in HR and contributing to a positive work environment is desired.
