About the Role

As a key member of our HR team, you will support teams with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting contracts, preparing employee change letters, maintaining accurate records, and supporting compliance documentation is essential.
  • You will coordinate new starter processes, welcome packs, inductions, and exit checklists to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Updating and maintaining HR systems with employee data, leave records, and reporting requirements is crucial to the success of our team.
  • You will be responsible for posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and liaising with hiring managers to find the best talent.
  • Assisting with training sessions, tracking attendance, and updating the LMS is also an important aspect of this role.
  • You will support internal communications, wellbeing initiatives, and culture-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures will be your responsibility, ensuring that all employees are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Last but not least, you will act as a first point of contact for employee queries and escalate where appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of experience in HR coordination or administration, ideally within fast-paced or complex environments is required.
  • You must have a qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field such as Cert IV, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree.
  • We are looking for someone with confidence in using HR systems and tools such as HRIS and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail is essential for this role.
  • You must be an excellent communicator with a proactive, team-first mindset.
