HR Professional Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Advisor.
- Work collaboratively with senior teams to ensure the effective implementation of policies and practices that promote a positive working environment and organisational culture.
- Provide high level guidance and mentoring to leaders and employees.
- Support leadership with strategic reviews and initiatives.
- Develop and manage projects and reports that drive business growth.
- Deliver leadership development training and facilitate workshops.
A tertiary qualification in human resources, employee relations or a related field is required. Candidates should have experience working in HR generalist roles covering IR/ER, performance management, organisational development, and HR reporting.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, counselling, negotiating and report writing. Strong organisational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and prioritisation, are essential.
