HR Adviser


Overview:

A leading professional services firm is seeking a seasoned HR Adviser to join its collaborative national team.


This high-impact opportunity will see you working across all stages of the employee lifecycle, providing trusted HR advice and contributing to strategic projects that shape the future of the firm's people strategy.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior stakeholders and leaders in relation to graduate recruitment, early careers development, and learning and development initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end coordination and delivery of key HR initiatives and cyclical programs across the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive a high-performance culture.
  • Partner with the national HR team to deliver best-practice onboarding, performance management, engagement and diversity initiatives.

About You:

You're an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge. To be successful, you'll bring :

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within professional services or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment.
  • A strong understanding of core HR principles and experience supporting initiatives in early careers, L&D or talent programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
