Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to join our site-based HR Team in the Northern Goldfields. This permanent full-time role is offered on an 8 days on 6 days off roster flying in and out of Perth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to supervisors and managers on employment and industrial relations matters.
  • Partner with leadership teams to engage and support employees, fostering a positive workplace culture across the site.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on HR and Payroll matters.
  • Monitor and evaluate HR performance metrics to ensure alignment with site objectives.
  • Assist in employee-related investigations and support the resolution of issues through facilitated discussions and meetings, while applying a risk management approach to each step of the process.
  • Facilitate site-based leadership training as required and regularly present HR related information to leaders and teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Administer high volume of contract variations for site-based employees, and facilitate the smooth transfer of employees between sites, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and processed efficiently.
  • Maintain and update HR data, including organizational charts, databases, and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in Human Resources space, preferably within resources sector.
  • Qualifications: Qualification or relevant work experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or similar, coupled with current Australian C - Class Drivers licence. Cert IV in Training and Assessment will be advantageous.
