Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR professional to join our team on a temporary 3-month contract.

This role is ideal for those with HR knowledge or experience, who are looking to gain valuable experience in the industry.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in HR administration, working closely with our HR team.

  • Manage and action HR inbox
  • Prepare documentation for employee lifecycle activities
  • Support the HR team with outgoing correspondence and ensure timely return and filing

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate HR records, updating organisational charts, and assisting with recruitment and mobilisation tasks during peak periods.

As a key member of our team, you will assist in the development of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures. You will also coordinate logistics for site visits and compile reports on HR metrics.

To be considered for this role, you will need relevant HR experience, proficiency in MS Office, and other organisational tools, and a current and valid driver's licence.
