Job Opportunity: HR Officer

We are seeking a detail-driven HR professional to join our organization on a fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to take initiative.

This role involves streamlining HR processes and supporting team members with accurate and timely information.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage employee inquiries and requests via our system
  • Process employee changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations) ensuring approvals are obtained
  • Generate employment change letters within our system
  • Prepare employment offers and onboard new hires in our system
  • Maintain organizational and position data in our system
  • Create and distribute reports using Excel
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY HR SERVICES
  • Regularly review data for accuracy and compliance
About You
  • Familiarity with HR systems and software
  • Qualifications in Human Resources or related field, or actively studying HR
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative skills
  • Problem-solving skills and initiative
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable within a changing environment
  • CUSTOMER-FACING SKILLS WITH A FOCUS ON OUTCOMES
