We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to lead national sales efforts and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets across direct and distributor channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, decision-makers, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive lead generation strategies.
- Travel nationally and occasionally internationally to meet with clients and industry partners.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales through distributor networks or direct sales to key sectors.
- Strong understanding of solution-based selling and ability to communicate complex products and services effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to operate autonomously.
- Experience selling commercial kitchen and laundry equipment is an asset but not essential.
- Ability to guide team members towards shared goals and objectives.
