Store Leadership Opportunity

At our high-profile store, we are seeking a motivated and driven individual to lead a team of passionate casuals as a Store Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and key performance indicators (KPIs), with a strong ability to think strategically and identify areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of the store, achieving optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage. Additionally, they will motivate their team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.

A critical aspect of this role is closely monitoring store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying any areas of missed opportunity. The Store Manager will also be responsible for effectively managing wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.

This leadership role requires strong coaching and mentoring skills, ensuring training and succession plans are in place to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development. The Store Manager will also ensure efficient Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management and adhere to state and national OHS legislation.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of Retail Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated and driven 'Make it Happen' attitude
  • Passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed
  • Ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and drive sales and KPIs
  • Being operationally excellent and experienced with stock control and visual merchandising
  • Experience with effectively managing a roster and wage control
